rejuvenating RETREATS

Imagine spending a weekend away with beautiful like-minded people and doing something extra special to nourish yourself? This is what my retreats are all about! An intimate, non-intimidating weekend of practicing yoga, eating healthy and delicious food and most of all, good old fashioned FUN!

Practice daily yoga, get still with meditation, take long walks among nature in the outdoors, and snuggle up by the fire. This is the weekend that you haven't had time for - are you ready to escape your hectic schedule and recharge yourself?

This weekend is about you getting what you need and having time-out, without feeling guilty. Two days to relax, recharge and rejuvenate.

Stop. Relax. Unplug.
