Set on 33 acres of tranquil land, merging Western luxury with Eastern wisdom. This peaceful space is crafted to awaken your senses and help you find your inner calm.

Activities:
Daily yoga sessions, meditation, leisurely nature walks, refreshing swims in the magnesium pool, sauna sessions, and cozy fireside moments (if it gets chilly). Your perfect weekend escape to recharge and unwind.

  • I just spent a wonderful, restorative long weekend in Mudgee on Shauna’s very special yoga retreat.

    I was looking for a retreat that offered plenty of yoga in different styles, workshops, personal time out, a great location, and a few luxuries - and this one ticked all the boxes.

    Shauna and her team (chef extraordinaire Tracey and top-class massage therapist Sash) delivered all of this in spades. Shauna’s expertise in yoga and beyond meant we received plenty of helpful instruction and came away having learned so much more. The introduction to Gene Keys was fascinating, and I’m excited to explore that further.

    The retreat house itself was perfectly situated in the countryside with a stunning vista. It featured its own yoga studio plus a sauna, spa, and outdoor pool.

    I really appreciated that the retreat allowed for flexibility, depending on what the guests preferred at any given time. There was also ample opportunity to explore the surrounding area - bushwalking, wine tasting, or simply doing nothing and taking time out from the busy world.

    Needless to say, I didn’t want to leave and would definitely attend another of Shauna’s retreats.

  • If you’re feeling burnt out or stretched to your limit, this retreat offers a complete reset. From restoring the body to nourishing food, wonderful people, and the beautiful Mudgee landscape - with sheep, cows, kangaroos, and even bunnies visiting us. It was truly special.

    The real highlight only became clear at the end of the retreat: the cumulative effect of the three days created a deep sense of relaxation and slowing down that I didn’t realize I needed until I felt it.
