The Gene Keys are a system for understanding the archetypes and patterns that drive your life — your responses to fear, the gifts that illuminate your path, and the highest potential available to you.
Built from a combination of the I Ching, astrology and genetics, this system maps 64 archetypal patterns, or "keys," that every human carries, with 14 specific to this lifetime, forming your own unique profile.
Each key holds three levels: a shadow (the pattern that runs the show when you're operating from fear), a gift (what you're meant to bring into this world), and your highest potential (what becomes available when integration and embodiment occur within you).
Everyone carries a very specific profile; a combination of keys that explains far more about your patterns than any personality test or productivity advice ever could.

Why I Do This Work
The Gene Keys found me during a time when I was wondering what the next chapter of my life was asking of me.
I had already spent many years supporting people through change, healing and personal growth, and the Gene Keys gave me a language for things I had always felt and understood intuitively, yet had never been able to fully articulate.
They helped me see my own patterns with more compassion. They gave me a deeper understanding of my purpose, my relationships and the parts of myself I had sometimes judged or tried to change.
Most importantly, they helped me understand that the parts of us we often see as problems are not mistakes. They are the doorway into our greatest gifts.
I continue to work with the Gene Keys because they are not something we simply learn once. They are a living body of wisdom that continues to meet us as we grow, change and become more of who we are. They are the tool that has really taught me what embodiment means - not as a concept, but as a lived experience.
How I Translate the Gene Keys
The Gene Keys can feel dense when you first encounter them.
There are 64 Gene Keys, different sequences within your profile and layers of language that can take time to understand.
My role is not to hand you a chart, explain a few words and leave you to work it out alone.
